"This was a very relaxing place to stay and we were met with lots of kindness. Some exceptional staff members were Julio, Julio Cesar, Anderson, Jonathan and Ykiku, but really everyone was lovely and welcoming. It was very easy to book excursions through them (we booked the boat tour to Ballestas Island through WhatsApp). I recommend booking some services as the spa, especially if you appreciate a good massage. I did not explore outside of the resort, except for a walk along the bay through a residential area. On the drive in, the main town seemed to hectic for what I wanted to experience. This is not specific to the hotel, but I made the mistake of driving myself from Lima. The drive wasn't safe. I would find another way to get there, maybe through a tourist service. "

"We stayed with our three kids, 14,12 and 8, and we all had a great time. The kids loved sandboarding and all the activities. Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and beautiful, and the food was excellent. Would definitely stay again if we have the chance to come back to Peru."
