"Wifi not working at all, and for us, visiting the country and needed to connect with my roaming data, is a waste of money. I called many times to front desk and their solution was to reset my devices which obviously didn’t work. This was my last time staying in this hotel."

"Formerly a Viscount's residence, the photogenic Costa Del Sol Cusco sits in a great location, walkably close to the center of a beautiful city. Meals in the hotel restaurant and at the breakfast buffet were fantastic. Staff were very helpful.
Our room had uncomfortably overstuffed pillows that might have been designed by the Spanish Inquisition, so thick they threaten to break your neck. In fairness, my body was getting used to the thin air in Cusco and that also played a role in my restless...

"I could not have been happier with the hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The artwork was interesting. The hotel location is excellent. Everyone we told where we were staying told us that we were staying at the best hotel in Cusco.
To provide some more detail: one of us was sick from the altitude. The dining room brought dinner to the room and did not charge extra.
I would recommend this hotel."

"Excellent location and staff. They let me keep my backpack there while I explored the city for the day. Would highly recommend. I didn’t pay for the breakfast so can’t report on that but it looked nice."

"I’m usually skeptical when it comes to budget hotels, but ibis budget goes above and beyond. Great location. There’s no fridge in the room but not a big deal. Rooms are small."

"I am not one to leave negative reviews. But I need to inform others that you can get better accommodation for this price. The room had no airflow and we struggled to sleep. Due to the acclimatisation this needs to be highlighted. Already us visitors are challenged with acclimatising so the lack of airflow in this room was a major impact. I slept with the window open even though the nights were cold.
Dinner here was not great. Go elsewhere. The dinner service was inattentive. I recommend Ofrenda...
