"部屋は清潔で、シャワーはバスタブがあり、スノーボードをした後の疲れを癒すのに良かった。お湯の温度はちょっとぬるくてたまに湯沸かし器のお湯を足した。アメニティなどは充実しており冷蔵庫には牛乳とポーションミルク、ネスレのカプセルコーヒー、紅茶、ホットチョコレート、日本茶、カモミールティー、ミントティーなどとても楽しめた。 ベッドは柔らかく快適で電気で暖かくなり寒い時期も快適。部屋は1番安いグレードなので湖畔の眺めが見られなく残念。つぎは湖畔を眺めてコーヒーを飲みたい。全体的に満足出来て素晴らしいと思う。"

"Overall an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet, staff, and room were all above expectations. Our standard for hotels in NZ is lower since we moved here from Singapore 7 7years ago but this hotel experience in Queenstown proved us wrong. "
