"We booked a room at this hotel, but upon check in, were told that they had to book us at a different hotel up the road. They said we would have the same room type, but all the views at the rooms at the other hotel were blocked by a huge casino. We received no compensation/refund or voucher of any kind for our trouble. "Everything was excellent other than valet for the ridiculous price you pay for it (over $80) it is horrible, no elevators accessible to carry luggage you have to walk upstairs and walk the length of the hotel to get to valet very expensive not worth it, when scanning the QR code it says it's not available you have to call down to the desk from a phone and advise them your code, took almost a half hour to get vehicle, overall Hotel was beautiful staff were great valet pathetic zero stars!!"

"Spent 3 nights at the GWL at the end of July and it was great! The waterpark is superb. The queuing on the Saturday and Sunday for the waterpark was as expected and wait times for some rides was around 15-20mins but on the Monday and Tuesday we barely waited at all, so rides we just got straight onto and the others were only a few minutes. "This is my first time here and it was absolutely awesome and the pool was warm and very clean just like the room. Im coming back to this hotel again for my birthday for 2 day this time. Very close to cliffton hills which is worth the money to stay there. Day's in by Wyndham They have breakfast except its not free, they charge you for the buffet. $14.99 for adults and $9.99 for children"
