"It’s nice because it is in downtown, however when reading that they had parking considering that I was residing at the hotel I expected parking to be free but was charged $40 a day. I would appreciate if they were not stingy, but also honest about that prior to people booking. Staff was very nice though"

"The fan in our room was loud and there was some loud people close to our room late at night (not the hotels fault I know). We asked to move rooms and they let us have another room on the upper floor. The rest of our stay was quiet and pleasant. The staff is very helpful and friendly. "

I already bought a falls view room, but it seems that view had some interruptions as advised by check-in lady. "the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold.
furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen...
