"The hotel has a lot of signage for parking so be warned you want to go to the actual front doors first to get checked in. It is past the Applebees in the big tower. The observation deck was a joke and they either need to figure something else out or get rid of the idea all together. The look was quite dirty and needed attention and also maybe some walk through as my 11 year old was swimming and had to witness a couple in the middle of the pool and made him uncomfortable and he left."

"Accessibility is a real issue. Ramp to the Lobby is quite a distance from the handicap parking. Once in the lobby to check-in, you must go back outside and use another outside ramp to access the elevator and ground floor rooms. Restaurant is also not easily accessible. Apparently there is a ramp but we never saw it. Opted for room service but the order never went through to the kitchen. Waited an hour and then I went to the restaurant and re-ordered our dinner. Staff were very helpful but the whole situation was frustrating. Air conditioning in the first room did not work. Maintenance came but couldn’t fix it. He helped change us to another room. Staff were very sympathetic but these issues were not something they had control over. Room was dated but as we were there only for one night. Beds were comfortable and the location made the drive downtown very easy."
