"It was a wonderful stay. The outdoor bath was amazing and not too too hot so you could enjoy it and relax. The staff were helpful and the rooms made up every day. It is easily accessible from the highway Amand is very well situated close to the mountain road leading to the amusement park, the safari and Yufuin. "

"宿泊者が2組というびっくり。チェックインのとき、30分後に食事と言われ、これまたびっくり。こちらから指定ができずお風呂もそこそこにすぐに食事となる。前日に宿泊確認の電話があったときに、19時ぐらいになると伝えたのだから、その時に食事の時間を言って欲しかった。 また、「お部屋を広い部屋にしました」と、しかしそこは身障者用で、キーが膝下あたりにあり、とてもしにくく、また、お部屋も広すぎて、トイレも遠くそして、広すぎて落ち着かない。 多分、2組だけだから1つの階にまとめたかったんだと思うけど…これは、そちらの都合であって、私達は不満でたまらなかった。部屋は、元に戻してもらった。 また、氷をお願いしたら有料330円。今まで色んなホテルに宿泊したけど、有料って初めてであった。 コロナウイルスで宿泊者が少なく、なんとか経費を押さえてしようとするのはわかるけど、宿泊目線でないことにとても残念であった。"
