駅から続くアーケード街を抜けた複合施設の一角。ホテルは下層階のカフェや宴会施設と高層階の宿泊施設とレストランに分離。部屋はどの部屋も高層階なので別府湾を眺望に摂る絶景を楽しめる。 日航ホテルなので部屋は東横インやアパホテルなどの宿泊特化型ビジネスホテルと比較にならないほどあらゆる面で余裕があり快適。充電設備もアップデートされている。 ホテルメンバーに対しては時間限定だがロビーラウンジでのドリンクサービスあり。特に日本酒が好きな方は地元のお酒があるので楽しめるだろう。カボスとアセロラのジュースをいただいたが美味しかった。 朝食は本格的なレストランで地元の食材も多くとても美味しく楽しめた。
