"The hotel is large, but well-maintained. The staff is very helpful and responsive. The only down side was waiting for the elevator at peak use times, because there were so many guests late March... The location is perfect, walking distance from the train station, and near downtown restaurants"

"1min walk from Oita JR station, where there was shopping, many dining options and a supermarket. The in-house onsen was excellent. The laundry facilities were surprisingly free of charge, but there’s a charge for dryers. Buffet breakfast was amazing serving many traditional Japanese items that we were glad to try. It’s a very convenient base to visit the surrounding towns of Beppu and Yufuin. "

Awesome View, great value.

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The best part other than our awesome view was the shower! I loved the water pressure. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. It was a 12 minute walk from Oita Station, and there was a Lawson around the corner. We also got free breakfast at the hotel and it was delicious. The room was spacious but the balcony was the star of the room. Would definitely stay here again."
