"The room was clean. The AC fan does not have a constant function unless fan only. Walls are paper thin so if you are a light sleeper bring a fan or sound machine. Waterpark closed ridiculously early at 8pm. There are no other pools or hot tubs on property to use aside from waterpark. Other waterparks in the area are open later for way cheaper."

"The swim up bars were great, but everything closes at 9 including the pools which was interesting. I didn’t know all the pools on put in bay were open to the public so I probably would’ve stayed somewhere else had I known I could just walk in. They were super friendly and nice, but they counted every single towel you took and wouldn’t let you request extra towels. Nice resort but drinks are so expensive and they make sure you don’t bring anythingggg from outside so be sure to bring a few extra...

"Would not stay here again. Room smelled very musty. When checking in they told me room was haunted to be funny... I think. Elevator had issues. Bed was clean otherwise we would have left. Used the stairs in and out as we were afraid to get stuck in the elevator. Definitely rest of the room was not the cleanest. Someone kept calling our phone late at night. It was a good price but definitely not worth it. We barely were there and couldn't wait to checkout. We have always enjoyed staying at...

"Tori who worked at the front desk during night shift was the best. She was very kind and helpful. She made the check in process very smooth and easy. The property was clean. It was in a great area surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores."

"We love the Marblehead area, so we took the 14 yr old granddaughters on an overnight trip. Did some shopping with them and went out to lunch/dinner, They swam in the Waves pool. The next morning got an early start and went to Cedar Point. Had a great trip and made some memories. Only downside was we didn’t have time to eat or enjoy the lounge at the Wave."
