Great staff. Nice bar. Had to switch rooms mid-stay due to a plumbing issue but I was comped the cost of parking for the trouble so that was nice. TV in room was kind of lame. Should upgrade to Smart TVs with casting capabilities

Room was clean but furnishings could use some updating. Staff friendly and efficient. Fitness center had enough equipment for the number of people utilizing it. Major benefit is that it is right across from Progressive Field. Otherwise, not the best Hilton Garden Inn we’ve visited.

The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. A couple of things though: the door to the room was hard to open . It stuck to the jamb and the floor. The door handle to the bathroom was loose. Besides that it was great. I liked the parking arrangement. Very smooth and easy. If not for the door issues, I would give this place a 5 star review.

I informed the young man at the front desk that when we turned the heat on it smelled like burnt. He immediately switched our room. Thank you so much. It made a difference for my family and I to being able to sleep without any worries. I also called them because we were held up at the car rental place and they held our belongings until we got that. This was a great place to stay. Thank you!!

The staff here is noting but fantastic. Weve stayed hwre twice in the past 3 months. Both times were great. We come up from wayne county ohio to watch cleveland sports. This location is nice as its walking discrance from rocket arena and progressive field. 4th street isnt too far of a walk either. We had a small issue with our room on our 2nd stay. We talked to the front desk and they immediately took care of it. 10 out of 10 very happy.
