"What I didn't like it, I didn't get services, to take my 2 luggages to the room even out of my room to the car... I couldn’t find service to help, iron my dress... Missing informations, don't know what time is the breakfast open and close, I did check out without get my breakfast, and I had an hour half ride to the airport... don't know nothing beside my room, if they have workout room.... wifi ...pool ...vendor area Beside that it’s okay. "The description said "private balcony" there was no private balcony in the room. There were also tiny tiny bugs in the sink. We asked for an extra hour after checkout, the lady seemed so annoyed and responded with "I can do an extra 30 minutes". Our biggest problem was the no balcony."
