"Loved the facilities at this hotel and the onsite bar was pretty decent quality. Check in experience could be improved as despite 3 staff on the desk, self check-in was preferred and the free parking option we purchased was not clear how to redeem."

"Excellent location, in the midst of a few bars and 10 minutes walk from the train station.
Room was clean with a very powerful shower.
Bed was really comfortable with a good size TV on the wall with plenty of channels.
We didn’t have breakfast but heard people talking in the loft saying it was really nice with lots of choice."

"Despite the large rooms, the hotel is in dire need of a renovation.
The beds are overdue to be replaced. Lots of piling on them and they didn’t have a fitted sheet. You could feel the bumps of the older mattress through the sheet that was on top of the bed. The sheet on top of the bed didn’t cover the entire mattress. It would roll up and expose the mattress in the night. I had to constantly get out of bed and pull it back over the bare worn mattress.
Very poor lighting in the room and...
