"Overall, the customer service was friendly and accommodating, and the staff made an effort to assist us throughout our stay. However, there are several areas that need improvement for the property to truly feel like a resort.
Room cleanliness should be more thorough. The floors appeared to need both vacuuming and mopping, and we noticed hair and sand residue on the floor and around the shower area even though the room was ready for check-in.

"Actually what I found negative was the noise from the traffic. It's an old building with a modern lift. The best of the facilities is the roof cafeteria and restaurant open till late. Food and drink was good.
Also the staff was very friendly especially the girl who assisted me in the check in and when I left.
If I go back to Cagayan I will not hesitate
to go back to stay in the hotel."
