Would recommend to the staff to be more people friendly. Actually enjoy your work and do more relationship building with the customers. It seem very mechanical than genuine. It also seemed the team was there to please their supervisors during inspections and audits than with the people who were staying at your facility. The TV operation way to complicatedā¦simplify. Cleaning of hall for inspection took top priority over room cleaning. Far too little breakfast items. Bartender was not able to mix many drinks requested. The room we stayed was in need of a refresh regarding condition. Towels were not the quality you would expect from a World Class hotel. Create more of an atmosphere of positive attitude than following strict rules to please management. It is all about pleasing the guests first! Over all very professionally trained personnel but no feeling of living what they were doing. Visit the bai Hotel in Cebu to truly understand love and passion for pleasing the guests as their number one objects. You have all the key principles in place but execute on a more customer friendly level. Good luck in the future!
