This is a very nice motel. The Wi-Fi here is not great and the television cable system is not great. However, the two restaurants there and the free breakfast in the morning are all good. The rooms were very clean and our stay pleasant.. the service at this hotel is excellent

Has easy access to shopping and car parking which is a bonus. Staff are helpful, polite and friendly. I found the Internet connection too slow The gym was not in operation at the time of our stay but overall had an enjoyable stay.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable and pleasant. I am also very grateful for their residential room which was very roomy and well-suited for a family of four plus one. I am definitely coming back when I visit CDO again.

Hotel was decent, gym was closed due to repair. Had a pool but never used. Breakfast was mediocre, not very good. But service and people helping you were very nice and accomidating

Mallberry SWEET!

Mallberry Suites is always a “mainstay” for us. The staff is friendly, the food is great! The proximity to many places makes it perfectly “centrally located”. Getting a king size bed is a big deal for us because we like to sleep all three of us together. Great pricing on rooms!

Good location need some room amenitiea upgrade

Room is clean, Food is ok Location is excellent. Staff is very friendly and respectful ,greeting w smile feel homey... But Tv need upgrade ..No Netflix, tvcable sucks We watch 1970 movies and thats it no other good channels choices . Toilet flush need to hold and push til it flushes. Just 2 hangers in the closet.standard supposed to be have 6/6 w clips and without clips total of 12. Bed dont have mattress protectors scary for bugs and pillows is super hard. But were not always in the room

I have stayed here lots of times over the years and it is like a home from home and everyone makes me feel very welcome. The room is good as is the location. The choice of food in the Rosso restaurant is not so good following lockdown so I found somewhere nearby to eat in the evenings. I feel very safe there

The halls doesn't have air conditioning, the breakfast is the same the whole days i stayed, Spa bathrooms are dirty and my room bathroom shower doesn't drain fast enough and the sink. the place needs renovation. at least the staff are courteous and helpful

The service at this hotel couldn’t be better. The customer service is 6 star. I have stayed here for the 3rd or 4th time for about a week each time. The staff are very kind and respond urgently to every request. Get the breakfast with your room it is worth it. If you get tired of the food order an omelette, which is included without cheese. The cheese costs too much. Also the only complaint is laundry expense is too much. I wish they would have removed their face masks, to see their wonderful smiles. They are the best and the price is great!

Check in good porter excellent , room fine but pillow to big for my wife and no spare in room . Drainage pipes in wall and a tap had been left on above our room so couldn’t sleep then at 2am reported and tap turned off after 25 more minutes plus they moved us at 2.40am . Great location for the shopping malls and immigration offices . Really wanted a better room but none available on hotels. Com website . Hotel has indoor pool but didn’t realize

ok for a quick stay, but not ok for business

The hotel is a bit run down, but i saw that they were updating a few items. If you are on business trip and plan to use their amenities, i do not recommend using their boardrooms, unless you are okay with no windows and lighting is really bad (hope you can change them to white lights, there's no way you can do a board meeting there with all of the lights at yellow. Its not a bedroom. There's also no business center where you can do meetings, you'll have to do it in the lobby, so make sure you have a headset otherwise, work inside your room. Good options for food, but very good location. you are really in the city center and everything is walking distance
