I am currently staying here after reading and seeing deceptive advertising. First of all, there is no spa or gym. The gym has 3 machines, two weights and a one person, wooden sauna box that is broken, because why would management get it fixed, that would require accountability. They advertise as having a "spa" but it is a literally broken wooden sauna box and one of their very tiny rooms with two beds and a curtain for massages. I suggest they look up the definition of the word "spa". The hotel literally sits on top of a noisy gas station, conveniently you don't see a gas station in any of their pictures online do you? My hotel room is so small I can't do anything but lay on the bed or use the bathroom. Their is no cable, no phone, and a broken tablet that was previously used for room service. When I arrived I was told to use the tablet even though they already knew it has not been working for a long time, always nice to be lied to when you first arrive at a hotel. Their front desk people offered me a different room for 8000 pesos more, why the extra money you ask? Because it has a bigger bed but is literally the same exact, tiny room. Besides calling me sir 50 times they don't understand how to problem solve, very robotic and patronizing. I also just tried to use the so called "gym" at 4am local time because my body is on New York time, [3pm] and apparently they can't let me in the tiny room with three machines until 6am even they can simply unlock the door. What a dump.
