"Overall the stay was solid. Everything was clean and well-kept. The people at the front desk were nice. When we needed something they were accommodating. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, and cooking supplies. I was surprised at the variety they had. I'd stay here again
My only complaint is that the shower doesn't close all the way, so water will splatter onto the floor by the sink. They provide a squeegee to help solve this, but it didn't do a very good job. For a few hours...

"Access was easy, the condo was open and the keys were on the table.
First of all, the photos on the Hotels.com website are wrong. They do not correspond to the condo. The apartment is in a deplorable state.
The bathroom has a broken and unusable bidet and faucet. The shower leaked everywhere.
No internet password, no blankets on the beds for four people. No towels, no toilet paper. We rented for four people. We had to contact the manager who, two or three days later, gave us two pieces of...
