"Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed. Whole Hotel stinks of mould /dampness or just dirt. Never saw a cleaner in the Hotel and we were there 4 Days? I intend to contact both Environmental Healthand Scarborough Tourist Board. I complained on Leaving and the manager said I’ve put your complaint in the Bin as I do with all complaints. £660 for 3 nights Bed and Breakfast so not cheap. Truly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Don’t even contemplate booking"

"The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were given a free drink because it was our anniversary which was a nice surprise. Our room was clean and well supplied but would have been nice to have a better view. The hotel is very well situated opposite the park and within a short walk from the town."

"The hotel was well located to see all attractions, the lobby area was really great idea for chilling out, playing games and socialising, nicely done and you can see that the space was invested in. The breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from hot, cold options, cereals, drinks. The room was small, but nice, bed was fab, had a great mattress, but nowhere to put jackets,clothes - not even few hangers only two hooks - not practical at all?! Bathroom was tiny and the sink was blocked with...

"Just what you expect from a Crowne Plaza. Set literally 2 minutes from the nightly hotspots but in a quiet corner. No noise, parking under the hotel is a little tight so if you have a big car it’s a squeeze"

"Great location, short walk to town, on street parking at front, very friendly helpful staff. Room wasn’t quite ready but we enjoyed a drink on the terrace out front while we waited. Bed very comfortable, great nights sleep, even had a fan to cool the room down which was most welcome."
