"Surprisingly quiet for a motorway stop-off. Bed was reasonably comfortable and the front staff were nice. Shame that the parking was extra, can’t imagine who doesn’t drive there. We had a drink in the bar and the white wine was a little ropey but overall a good place to break up a long journey."

"The room which we were allocated was absolutely nothing like the photographs on the website which was very disappointing. The room was very small & the hangers were very dusty. "

"Property in a quiet area was nice and about 10 mins from town centre.
Did meet a gentleman who gave us our keys to our room but did not see anybody else maybe because we were out most of the time,parking was ok,on aroad in front of hotel,and seemed to be safe. The room was nice and clean and had s good shower."

"On the plus side, the bathroom was very clean. On the downside, there was no hot water in the shower. There was no alarm clock, or any clock, anywhere. There were no kleenex. The ceiling in the bedroom had water damage. The "hotel" had no staff. There was a number to call with questions, but nobody answered. Breakfast had to be ordered at booking, but they didn't tell you that at booking, but you could only book breakfast at a time no one else booked. Overall, not very welcoming -- when...
