"Property outdated in some areas including in bedrooms net curtain had holes from wear curtain hanging off rail need a fresh coat of paint in bedroom and some areas of hotel need a clean and a fresh coat of Paint "

"The Crown Hotel was perfect the staff couldn't be more helpful, our room was great although those above us were a tad noisy during the night. We had a lovely evening meal and a super breakfast "

"Return visit like the area about 20-25 mins walk downhill to Whitby harbour area. Bus stop by school or Sainsburys minutes away. Bedrooms clean and big for 2 people. Staff very friendly and helpful. Car parking free and if u forgot anything there is a sainsburys fee mins walk away Breakfast has various choices to suit different appetite too and family friendly. Would return again"
