"I have paid the room rent only to Expedia still the hotel has denied to accept the payment receipt being issued by Expedia and I had to pay again in cash to the hotel to stay in my booking. Expedia has no concrete point of contact to address the grievance. Truly dishonest guys."

"Worst Ramada hotel I have been too. The property has not be taken care of. The bathroom were mouldy. Bedroom had so many mosquitoes , when asked for an all out. They said they didn’t have any available. Considering all the all outs were being used by other rooms the owner knows their is problem. So why not get more all out and also get pest control.
