"Clean rooms, excellent staff, good WiFi, excellent food with too many options, walking distance to shopping mall. Had very early morning flight, so the staff served full breakfast to room. Very well done. Excellent stay. Every staff we connected were excellent but Chef Puran and Ritik were excellent. Aman at reception was very helpful as well. "

"Clean rooms. Good buffet options and service at the restaurant. In room dining was horrible. Service below par for this price. Room service will take their own sweet time and even forget requests."

"When i checked in i had to drag my bags all the way to the room. Multiple staff standing and watching. When i spoke to the duty manager about this he seemed lost. The only hotel in my entire multiple visits to India where i had to deliver my own suitcases to my room. Not very impressed overall. No intention of returning here. "

"Clean room, had problem getting hot water. Considering it was a suite, amenities were sub standard. Pool water was cold Staff were very helpful. Reception staff exceptionally good."
