"Not our first stay here, but probably my longest. We trust Shangri-La Eros and will continue to book this hotel based on the amazing food, service and rooms. But...one night, there was a late party being held in the hotel with a DJ and extremely loud music, which we could hear in our room on the 16th floor. I had to go downstairs to reception to complain.
