"Check in was fast and informative, dining was open and accessible.Staff was pleasant to speak with. The room was large and cozy. The television was large and close. The bed was comfortable. Room service wss speedy snd nice.The towels and essentials were sufficient. The shuttle to the airport was complimentary and fast.The shuttle driver was nice and friendly to speak with and courteous. "

"Set in a beautiful place with lovely views all around. The hotel has history and old charm, but still well maintained. Dining options onsite are yummy. Easy to get to from Asheville airport. And close to exploring nature and downtown Asheville. We will go back. "

"We enjoyed our recent stay! The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Big balcony. Convenient free parking. Onsite restaurant was great. Decor, furniture and finishes were outdated if your into those kinds of things being modern. Balcony door in our room didn’t lock, so if you have small children that is not ideal (may have just been our room). Air conditioning was not cooling as much as we would have liked, but we are used to it being 68 at home and this one would cool to 74-72 with it...

"Es war bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt im John Yanceys. Wir waren zu jederzeit sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war wieder sehr schön, wie beschrieben und auch sehr sauber. Wir nehmen housekeeping eher seltener in Anspruch, konnten aber zu jederzeit Handtücher austauschen und neuen Kaffee erhalten. Ebenso fanden wir den vorhandenen Besen und Fegeblech sehr nützlich für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Herzlichen Dank ans Team für die wunderschöne...
