"Thanks for not letting me know construction work would be starting at 7:30 am right across the hall, it was not a very good start to the day. How about asking the front desk to mention that important detail next time. If this is how Expedia gets low rates, I’ll find another company or pay full price next time."

"The view was amazing"

"The toilets are short and the bathroom is very small. The beds were fine"

"The stay was great. But our room/ lobby could have been cleaner there was hair from previous stay in the bathroom and couch. Also the elevator kept stalling causing everyone in the building to walk the stairs. The staff didn’t really seem to think it was a big issue after multiple people complained. "Wonderful stay! The Omni was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. It was a great experience for a business trip, and I would definitely choose to stay at an Omni hotel again!"

"The staff was very nice, the rooms were clean and the location great if you care to visit the Biltmore. Plenty of activities to do, so very entertaining too."

"The hotel was very clean. Front desk staff not too friendly. Breakfast was excellent."

"Good location. Recent storms made beach access difficult. Room was nicely updated and bed very comfortable but amenities lacking-no Kleenex, drinking cups, or lotion. Bathroom very small"
