"The check-in process at this hotel was simple, quick, and very friendly. It was suggested by the clerk that I join the rewards program, so I did. I travel about 30-35 days a year but I have not stayed at a Holiday Inn in 20 years so I decided to join. That was a mistake. Later in the evening after returning my rental car, it took 3 phone calls, and an hour and a half for the complimentary van to get me the 6-minute drive from the airport to the hotel.
