The indoor pool was great. My 12 year old granddaughter spent hours playing in the pool. I really appreciated the airport shuttle and I had a fantastic driver! Room was clean and beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend the Sonesta Charlotte Lower South End to anyone in need of a place to stay in Charlotte. Price was fantastic as well!
