"Bathroom not clean when we arrived. Mentioned it to the front desk staff and they came to clean right away. Pool and hot tub area filled with a lot of kids consistently and not relaxing if that's what you're looking for. Close to the beach, many breakfast options, but property us beginning to be more outdated."

"Very nice hotel located within 300 yards of the ocean. Quiet room, comfortable bed, good water pressure, big TV. Different varieties of hot breakfast items each morning. Cookies and lemonade available afternoons in the lobby. Extremely friendly and helpful staff."

"The unit had obviously not been used in a while. The deck furniture was quite dirty, and the outside steps were covered with pine cones and branches. The water had not been used in a while. It coughed and sputtered before brown nast water appeared. It needed to be for a while, and we never did drink it. Location o 4th unit you get matters, and we did get the unit on the main road, furthest from the beach. But that is understood. The bottom line is the room was not expensive, and the value for the dollar was not too far out of wack."
