"Entire staff was so friendly and nice! Everything was absolutely immaculate! Breakfast in the mornings was incredible!! The taxi drivers that stand outside the hotel were also extremely nice! They took care of us when we went on some excursions. Told us what to watch out for and told us about some incredible excursions to check out. One night the tuk tuk driver was harassing me at drop off, the taxi staff and the hotel staff immediately got involved. I felt so safe and welcomed at the hotel! I would definitely stay there again on my next trip!!"

The second is that the personal service is exceptional. Staff greet you by name, they remember your preferences - all the things that make a second and third visit even better. They are responsive, which is even more important. And lastly, their location is perfect. Their riverboat tender continuously runs across the river to the ferry dock and other key locations. That’s our preferred way to travel. The local ferry is about 80 cents and will take you everywhere. They are set back from the rod about is quiet and serene. It is not a brand new hotel. It is handsome and has some age showing in little places. But with that comes wisdom. It knows how to treat guests and to respond in advance - and oxymoron I now. But it’s true. It’s the kind of hotel that anticipates what you may need and as a result the service is endlessly great. "
