"good pool but the gym and pool hours end too early at 7 pm or 8 pm. No pool towels even at noon. Breakfast staff for pho and egg station leaves the station an hour before breakfast ends. Pho soup is better than some street vendors. Room is a bit outdated with wall cracks but the room is still big with updated bathrooms. "

"Great location. Excellent view. Pool was clean and warm. Quite a few bugs in the room, mostly on the bed, and when we asked the staff they explained that it was termite season and to keep the lights off the bed. Not sure this made me feel more comfortable but staff did offer to change the bed sheets and even our room. Breakfast was a little disappointing."

"Need to upgrade bathroom wall ( colour ). The rooms were clean , beds comfortable . Staff very helpful with intention to satisfy. Breakfast was plentiful.Great rooftop bar view.Flight later than checkout ; after-checkout bathroom and towels. Would recommend for location and comfort. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made to order eggs and crepes as well as a pho noodle option. I usually had an omelette and/or a banana crepe with chocolate sauce. Both were very good. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed cooking off after a hot day touristing. I missed having a safe and fridge in the room. The room had a musty smell that was improved with new bedding. Our “mountain view” room was right up against the rock face so maybe that created a dampness. Our...

"庭にフルーツの木が多く、綺麗に管理されていてとても雰囲気が良い。 毎日マンゴーなどのフルーツを部屋に置いてくれるサービスも嬉しかったが、お皿が有ると尚良いなと感じた。 残念な点は、建て付けのせいか部屋のドアの隙間がかなり大きく、外から風が入った。 各部屋に小さいながらプールが有る事を考えると、コストパフォーマンスの点では素晴らしく、また利用したいホテルです。"

"Beautiful location! The approach through rice paddies, palm trees and striking limestone karsts is memorable. The layout of the property is also nice, with a winding pathway to the rooms. My room was spacious and I heard no noise from other guests. The interior was a little dated, but fully functional. Staff was great, from check in to the individually prepared breakfasts, handling my laundry request, getting me going with a bicycle, and booking a full day excursion."

"We went there for a few days to relax. Our 2 week visit to South Vietnam and North Vietnam was very hectic with many tours. This resort was perfect. Out of the way, beautiful rooms and the landscaping was amazing. Our view of the mountains was magical. The staff is top notch. We hated to leave."
