Highly recommend for a relaxing retreat!

Beautiful resort. Very peaceful and private retreat-like villa rooms. Restaurants were delicious. Note: this is about 30 min drive from Nimh binh/tam coco, so plan accordingly

Great spot if you want to be away from the busy Tam Coc/ Tran An. Really great tour options, loved our tour guide Thong. Food was ok. Lots of options but quality was average. Make sure you book a room in a cluster with a pool. The spa facilities are very nice. Staff super friendly, place just needs a slight touch up and a stronger menu.

We loved Nin Binh and the Emeralda was our favorite hotel… we took 2 tours that we booked directly through the hotel, and they were awesome! Our guide was Dung, for both days, and he was great. We also booked our transportation to Hanoi through the hotel and it was very nice! If you think you want a massage, book early! We only got 1 out of 3 attempts because we tried to book to late.

Lovely resort for family stay. We stayed for 4 nights prior to a 2 week tour of Vietnam that started in Hanoi. Great resort - lovely indoor and outdoor pools, duplex room ideal for family of 4, large leafy site with electric buggies to ferry you between room and reception/restaurants. We ate breakfast at at Sen restaurant, lunch at the outdoor poolside bar, and dinner at Organics restaurant all on site every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel very clean and well presented, we would definitely stay again. We used hotel car service to transfer from Hanoi airport to hotel, and booked one of the hotel tours for a half day boat ride in Tam Coc - both were great.

The website accessible through the QR Code in your room may not be entirely accurate, exhibiting a poor design as I observed discrepancies during my stay in February, with events from July still visible. Additionally, be cautious of potential inaccuracies in the room service prices listed on the website; a slight deviation may occur. Great place to stay

Emeralda resort is an amazing place. Feel relaxed durimg my stay and the place is beautiful and clean as well. Just one thing that I sent them email to possibly request an upgraded room since Im a Gold member. But there was no reply until I visited there neither was upgraded even though there was not many guest without any notice. It would be nice if there was any explanation. Rather than, everythint was.perfect.

Entspannung pur

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Emeralda Resort. Besonders hervorheben muss ich die Lage direkt in Nähe Van Longs. Die Bungalows waren in Cluster unterteilt, welche jeweils einen eigenen kleinen Pool besaßen. Die Größe der Zimmer war überdurchschnittlich und sehr komfortabel. Wer Erholung und Ruhe sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Das Personal am Empfang und die Zimmerfrauen waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ganz besonders toll war das vielfältige Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffet. Wir waren über die Weihnachtsfeiertage da, darum kamen wir an Heiligabend in den Genuss von einem kostenlosen Willkommensbuffet am Hauptpool mit leckeren Häppchen und Getränken. An sich hat das gesamte Resort ein tolles Flair, allerdings ist es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat dadurch reichlich Verschleiß an der Fassade. Einen Abzug gibt es noch bei dem Frühstückspersonal, es wirkte stets etwas lustlos und desinteressiert.

Good facilities: indoor pool etc. Room was fine but nothing special. Mixed quality breakfast. First the staff seemed friendly and flexible. Then we asked for a chair for the balcony. The only way to get the chair would be to pay for a room upgrade. Anyways they were burning trash outside so no need for the chair after all. Also some dust from the nearby factories. Overpriced tours and restaurant. Luckily some local options available. So overall we were expecting more and Emeralda did not compare very well to the other resorts we stayed during our trip.

Resort très confortable. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Seul bémol wc dans la salle de bain et produits d'hygiène pas très qualitatif. Les piscines sont très agréables, particulièrement celle couverte et chauffée. Belle salle de sport. Le restaurants est qualitatif avec cependant des prix un peu chers. J'aurais préféré au petit déjeuner moins de choix et plus de qualité . Personnels très attentionnés et parlant le français (réception)
