"The address as listed on Hotels.com is not correct. The hotel was in actual fact 3km outside Tam Coc. Since this is mainly what I’ve based my decision on when making the booking this is a major issue. When arriving at the hotel at 21:00 there was no one there and everything was closed and lights switched off - it said on Hotels.com the reception is available 24/7? It also said on Hotels.com there would be a buffet breakfast - this was definitely not the case. I feel misled and...

"The photos online do not do this place justice, it is an absolute paradise, I literally felt like I was sleeping in a tropical jungle, the setting was the best throughout my whole trip in Vietnam. The owners are friendly, they have an on site massage room that can take 3 people at a time, they call in staff from the local town and was only £10 for 1 hour. It is an instagram setting. The pool was amazing and well kept, it is surrounded by rooms and felt like a villa. "
