Hotel Kembara di Ninh Binh

"Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster-diesbezüglich keine Info bei der Buchung! Kein Frühstück- die Angabe ist falsch!Die Wände sind nass und dementsprechend riecht das Zimmer. Die Matratze sind sehr hart.Der Kühlschrank zu laut. An zwei Tagen hatten wir kein warmes Wasser. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich.Wir haben jeden Tag ein kleines Wasser bekommen , mit dem Kaffee waren sie aber sehr sparsam ,es gab 2 Portionen Nescaffe für 6 Übernachtungen. "We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean. The owners ( husband & wife) are very very organised. The breakfast provided is filling too. You get a big bowl of fresh fruit with your breakfast, which was awesime. We did laundry there twice and they took care of it all for us. We also rented scooter from them for couple days and it was all easy process. The location of the place is also amazing. Near to everything but yet, a bit away from all the noise. "I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Clean room, spectacular location, absolutely fantastic family. They were very accommodating when I showed up earlier than expected when I was supposed to show up at 6am coming off a sleeper bus from Hanoi, but instead took a tour the day before that dropped me off in Tam Coc at 9pm (I paid for the entire night just so I wouldn't have to wait to check in)."

"We really enjoyed Ninh Binh and this hotel. The owner is truly amazing . She and another lady insisted to carry our luggage upstairs so we did not have to worry about it.
