Staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating - we arranged a late check out and to leave our bags as we had to wait for a late train. Would 100% recommend, can't imagine anywhere nicer in Ninh Binh or surroundings."

They have bikes for you to use for FREE!!!! the staff Kelly hue and another gentleman (please forgive me I forgot his name) were AMAZING helped us out with everything that we needed assisted us with things to do and what to see.
