"A bit dated. Cleaners should pay a bit more attention to the cleaning. Lots of hair in the shower drain..food scraps in the kitchen sink..plastic tag bits on the carpet."

I would recommend this property and the host. The property is also very well situated for local amenities and a short walk from: Eltham town and several parks, including Westerfold's Park where you can see wild Kangaroo's, Kookaburra's, and other Australian Wildlife. "

"Front counter staff at arrival (2pm) seemed tired and uninterested and the smell of dog urine and visible signs on the entrance steps weren’t pleasant However the inside of the hotel was clean, fresh and easy to navigate Housekeeping was 5 star-our beds were comfy-always important! we stayed 2 nights price was reasonable if you are a wheelchair user I would recommend the hotel The early morning staff at checkout gave away smiles for free "
