"The room could have used some attention re: cleaning. The smell of must was strong. The split system was very noisy and unpleasant to run if anyone wanted to have a conversation without yelling. "The Oaks on Market was in a great location , easy access to trams and great space in the rooms . Was quiet in the apartment and beds were comfy. All staff I had communication with were very helpful . Needed a few minor bits of maintenance in our apartment but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay . "Extra $29 to park! Very quiet area we parked overnight on the street. Had breakfast at cafe accross the road $25 for 2. Reception very hard to understand staff- language barrier. Woken up at 4 in the morning to garbage truck reversing beeper in driveway next to our room! We arrived late 11pm, please consider travellers( if you know garbage gets collected Wednesday morning, please select room on the other side) common courtesy I would think!!!!"
