Every single staff member was kind, helpful, friendly, and made sure you had a great experience here. A few standout, namely Bailey who offered us a complimentary upgrade, suggested great restaurants when on-site options were not available, and booked a taxi, and always graciously. Lauren and David were also very helpful in rebooking an additional night’s stay and canceling taxi...
