The room was clean and nicely decorated, but my wife and I ran into two issues that changed the experience.
First, I could not get the TV to work with my Google Chromecast. I spent about an hour and a half trying to set it up, and I use Chromecast at home, so this was not my first time. I called the front desk, but they told me maintenance was not available after 5 pm. To be fair, they were polite and offered us complimentary breakfast, which I appreciated.
Second, my wife could not sleep because the mattress felt hard., not as soft as the last time.
It got to the point where at 1:30 am she asked me to take her to another place so she could rest. I did, and then I went back to the hotel afterward.
What makes this disappointing is that we stayed here before and the mattress was perfect and very comfortable. This time, it just was not the same experience.
