"I booked this place thinking it was a different place that I rented the last time I was in Clarenville. I believe they are taken care of by the same people. The unit was clean and the common kitchen was well equipped. Just be aware there are stairs in case that might be a problem for you. Other than that stay was good room was clean. Price was good."
