"Typical tourist trap hotel in Niagara. Garbage customer service. One person at the hotel said pool opened 24/7 and another said opened from 1pm-9pm. "

"When I arrived I received a very friendly greeting and I instantly felt welcomed. This was really great as I arrived late at night. My entire stay the staff was marvelous. The hotel has a really great atmosphere and vibe. I enjoyed my room, it was clean, cozy and warm! It had a microwave, Keurig and fridge. The hotel is also in a really great location. Not far from Penn Station. WiFi was fast and worked really well. I plan to stay here again. I definitely recommend! "

"I’d give The New Yorker Hotel a 6/10 overall. The location and building itself are nice, but my experience ended on a frustrating note. I was charged a smoking fee even though I have never smoked in my life. Apparently their sensor was triggered by hairspray, which set it off and resulted in the charge. Now I’m stuck dealing with disputing a fee for something that simply didn’t happen. It’s honestly been a huge pain to deal with, and situations like this make the stay feel a lot less...

"Housekeeping service is poor. We had to wait for few hours just to be given towels. However staff are still friendly. Room has a great view but noticed some dust on tables. And bathroom soaps aren’t filled properly. We were given a bottle of empty hair conditioner. "

"Había leído muchas cosas negativas de este hotel y realmente me sorprendió, los cuartos son mucho más grandes que el promedio de otros Hoteles en ny, super bien ubicado. Tienes un crédito de 15 dls x hab x noche en la cafetería, pedimos café y cafetera varias veces y siempre nos surtieron. La verdad una excelente relación precio-calidad"

Enige opmerkingen tot het verbeteren van de kwaliteit: het ontbijt is a la carte, met verschillende opties, maar voor ons niet genoeg gezonde keuzes, waardoor we vijf keer op rij de yoghurt met verse aardbeien aten. Die overigens heel lekker was, maar we verbazen ons over keuzes als frieten, hamburgers en pannenkoeken met spek als keuze voor een gezonde start van de dag.
