Cari Hotel di New South Wales

"Thank you for your great hospitality and making my honeymoon special. From the room service to the extras, everything meet the 5 star service expectations."

"Friendly and helpful reception that makes my check-in experience smooth and easy. Great location as well, very close to all the things you need."

"金融街なのにCNBCやBloomberg TVがないのは残念です。それ以外は、良かったです。"

"The hotel offers exceptional accommodations with a scenic view of Sydney Harbour. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The guest rooms were impeccably maintained and well-appointed."

"The checking in process was so easy. The staff was very helpful and lovely. This hotel even allowed me to leave my baggages overnight after i checked out since i have another trip to Uluru before coming back again to Sydney. The room is comfy. Hotel location is rather strategic as it is near the main attraction. Overall is superb!!!"

"Staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast and dinner from the main restaurant was great. Perfect location to be close to trains/ferries and a quick walk to the shops. Reception and amenities were modern, bathroom in the room we stayed in could do with a bit of a freshen up."

"Sehr modernes, neues Hotel. Sauberkeit der Zimmer könnte besser sein, Tassen und Gläser waren nicht sauber. Moderne und gut gepflegt Gemeinschaftsküche vorhanden. Sehr gute Anbindung an öffentlich Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten"

"An excellent hotel to stay in the Sydney cbd, close to attractions, shopping, foods, public transport. Good service from staff all round"

"Worst check in experience I’ve had in a long time. Waited over 30 mins in a line and only 2 agents checking people in. Our room had broken light switch and stuffed accessory. Room service food was not good (burger average, pizza was horrendous). Pool had limited hours and closed quite early in the evening so we couldn’t even check it out. Definitely not up to par for 5-star hotel. Would not stay here again."
