"Great property! Rooms were very clean and service was great. The area and amount of homeless around the hotel was the only drawback. Evenings were especially bad. "

"This is a full service property. Concierge, door person, car service, mutliple dining and bar options, on site convenience store, walking tours, aitring area....it's all there. Located literally around the corner from Times Square! Definitely stay again. Clean, quiet, safe, easy access to everything, including subway access. Breakfast vouchers included with stay. Staff are helpful and very friendly. Always available and keeping an eye on the property. Verification required to access majority of hotel spaces which is comforting being so close to Times Square. "
