"The room was clean, however, the exhaust fan in the bathroom runs 24/7 and was extremely loud even with the bathroom door closed. I contacted the front desk about this and they apologized, however, said that the fan is meant to run 24/7- could not get a good night sleep as it was so loud. When I checked out I mentioned it again, and did the person did not acknowledge my displeasure about the exhaust fan. "

"Staff was not friendly, everyone seemed miserable even the manager who would not even look us in the eye. They talked us into upgrading to a suite which wasn't as clean as it could be and there wasn't anything complimentary like water bottles, hotel doesn't offer tea just coffee. The indoor pool had vomit in it so it was closed most of the day. Hotel wasn't very clean, needed lots of repairs, had issue with our door the locksmith took 30 minutes to get to our room and came with a nasty attitude. Lot of escalators where turned off, had to use stairs, multiple locations in market place was closed, what was open was very expensive. "
