Most hotel guests seem to be living there. Not just hotel guests, but it is a pleasant community with free breakfast and a cheap $20 cash deposit

Staff was great until we got to the breakfast area, there was an older lady with a rude attitude toward my guests and that make me feel awkward. First room we got had a strong marihuana smell, and that is not good for your scores.

A little confusing to find the parking lot and you coukd definitely smell some people smoking pot on property but it was cheap and the bed was comfortable

It was a decent hotel. Breakfast choices very limited to waffles or cereal! Beds were very very comfortable. Overall the room was blah. Floors held together with duct tape, air conditioners falling apart (but worked) cracked showers. For a short stay, it would do fine enough.

This hotel is not at all how it seems online, it's very run down, dirty, smells of cigerette smoke, and has some dodgy thinks happening in and around the hotel. We booked 3 nights, stayed for 1 and requested a refund and checked out. The front desk staff were very kind and understanding.

The property is located in not so good area. Breakfast was limited. The room was actually very good, big and clean. I got a king bed and 2 queen beds for only around $100. If value is what you looking for, this is the one.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. I really appreciated the convenient location, especially how close it was to shopping areas. However, the noise level was a bit of an issue and made it hard to fully relax. Also, when I checked in, the lady at the front desk didn’t seem very welcoming or friendly, which affected my first impression.

Room was clean, spacious and both beds were comfy. Room had small frig microwave and iron & board. Remote didn't work but staff replaced battery.Swimming pool closed. Sign indicated had been closed for long time. Need to post on line for future rentals.
