"I enjoyed my stay for the most part. It’s a well maintained hotel, even though it is an older property. Bed is very comfortable. I complained to a staff member over the phone because they were replacing tiles right outside my door. I had to step over the fresh tile when I returned to my room one afternoon. Then, they proceeded to cut tile in the hallway and replaced more tiles. This is unacceptable. They should have blocked those rooms in hallway if the tile work was necessary at that time. Staff member agreed to comp my room for this inconvenience. Self check in/check out which I found to be impersonal"
