"The rooms in this hotel are fine, if a bit cramped for 2 people. The staff are helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent. HOWEVER, here is an important tip: Do NOT eat in the hotel restaurant. The menu is very limited, and some of the items are very odd, including a cauliflower dish which was barely edible. And the lemon tart was not properly cooked. The chef lacks basic skills. So, avoid the restaurant."

"A good choice for a budget hotel in Amsterdam. It is on a street with lots of restaurants with lots of foot traffic, on the edge of the Red Light district. Our room had a canal view which was great!! Very convenient for walking to the train station - a 5 minute walk. "

"Really glad that we had the opportunity for an early check in. Staff were very great and helpful. Upon entering the room, at first glance it looked good but upon deeper inspection, the carpet had many stains. The bottom of the shower did not look clean either and ran out of hand soap by the end of our stay. Walls were scuffed and appeared dirty. Shower head would not stay in position and kept turning to the side of the shower. Really disappointing especially since this was not a cheap...

"Das Hotel liegt gut angebunden an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und ist an sich auch gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der 17. Etage, wo sich die Fenster so gar nicht öffnen lassen und die AC durch das Personal gesteuert wird, was blöd ist. Das Bett war zu weich und die Matratze hat in der Mitte einen Hügel gebildet. Es gab nur einen Seifenspender in der Dusche für alles, der durch das harte Plastik schwer zu bedienen war. Die Glasscheibe vor dem Bad ist nicht sehr toll. 1. hört man alles und 2. ist...

"The toilets and showers were very clean! The pod was also as we expected. The only thing we disliked was that the ventilation in our pod wasn't working correctly, so it got very hot in there and we also got headaches in the morning. In general it was a great experience, but due to the poor ventilation, I wouldn't stay longer than a night. The location is also very central in Rotterdam, so it is easy to walk around in the city."

"Room was not prepared before arrival. The sofa bed had a old chewing gum stuck on there and the bedding was not available. Had to spend the first night without proper bedding phone did not work and had to request three times. Coffee machine did not work and the pods were not availed only two small waters for four people stay. The towel also had a stain in general the house keeping was not great and staff were mot friendly."
