"First off this was a great place but it is not for everyone!!. The staff did not speak English and if you don’t even know a little Spanish it’s going to be hard to navigate. They had music blaring till 1 am on one night but we knew this so we brought earplugs and we were fine. "Upon arrival they took about 15 mins just to check me in, when there were about 7 staff members standing behind the counters not helping anyone else. Once I was helped they rain a bell and said someone else will finish the check in to give me more information. "Horrible customer service; when asked for help or services employees would roll their eyes or reply with a bad attitude. Also employee expected tips for everything even during bad service. AC was not working properly we had to moved 3 times; They put us in a room knowing that the AC was not working properly; it was making loud sounds, at 3 am the AC was releasing burnt rubber fumes.
