"Pésimo servicio. Reserve con 30 horas de anticipación y cuando llegue al lobby dure 3 horas esperando y al final me negaron la entrada por qué no les aparecía en su sistema mi reserva, cuando yo pague correctamente y reserve correctamente."

"This hotel is absolutely exquisite. This is the best hotel I've been to by far. I was greeted upon entering the hotel with a drink. I was assigned a concierge member who provided daily updates and answered any questions I had. The food in all restaurants were absolutely delicious but the hibachi restaurant was the best.
