To start with, the room that I payed was with kitchen included.. and the one that they gave me was not the same which I saw in the picture... I told them , and they said that I have to wait " Iris " to check out with her about the price. After all the guy told me that I have to pay extra if I want the kitchen... I was on vacation to de-stress and they stress me more.... awful...
Súper agradable por estar en la playa y con alberca para adultos y niños. El personal muy amable, super cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. Mi próxima visita seguro de volver a hospedarme allí.

Fantastic location - but issues!
Fantastic location - the hotel is NOT 4 star - while very clean - it is tired - The worst thing by far - the underlay on the beds - is thin fabric with plastic - but these were turned up the wrong way - so straight under the sheet was plastic - which made for very uncomfortable - slippery and sweaty nights. One particular receptionist was rather unfriendly to the point of being rude - made us feel - she thought maybe we are american - but that should make no difference - we are from new zealand - Restaurant - went 11am for breakfast - only people in there - full of dirty uncleaned tables - bad impression - so did not return - except went to get some ice and they wanted to charge me 10 pesos for the polystyrene cup - I don't think so. Overall - we paid more here by far than anywhere else in Mexico - it was way overpriced for what we received - again fantastic location - sort the bedding and the sour receptionist and our visit for one would have been enhanced - when I say tired - constantly doing maintenance - so thats fine but NOT 4 star
This hotel resembled a decently maintained cheap motel in regards to the comfort and cleanliness. It really made up for it with an amazing view of the beach. Hotel staff was really helpful and helped me coordinate activities and call for cabs when needed. It is located right on the beach and many shops the main street so you don't have to travel far to find things to do. I would definitely recommend as long as you could look past the really firm beds, creaking doors, and moldy restrooms.
Location couldn't be better for a vacation. Right on the beach and only a block from the square and downtown. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Each floor has a stand with a 5 gallon bottle of drinking water. There is an option to have the water come out piping hot so if you buy a jar of Classico instant coffee you can have your morning fix even if you don't have a kitchenette and without having to get dressed and walk to the OXXO or a coffee shop. There are minor maintenance issues such has less then perfect shower heads but come on, this in Mexico, no problema. Lots of Canadians in Jan and Feb but it's more fun when the Mexican families show up. They really know how to have fun! But by 9pm all is quiet. Love it.

Hotel was on the beach, perfect location.
There was one hotel staff, Rubin, who was awesome. Always helping people. Front desk staff not so friendly, restaurant, terrible, only ate there for breakfast once, never went back. Pool was nice. Beds hard (typical), floors were kept clean, bed was made poorly, mirror was never cleaned. Beach towels were handed out without a problem. Neighbours next door were really loud. But fortunately quieted by 11:00. We were trying to get to sleep early.

Everyone there was very nice and helpful. The hotel restaurant was a good deal.
Beach was nice. Pool nice. Lots of Canadian guests that return every year.
The beds however were HORRIBLE. Very, Very, Very hard. New and clean, but painfully hard. It really made ours weeks stay tiring from no sleep.
En general fue algo relajado, peri las albercas estaban descuidadas y muy suicidas, el servicio no tenia el suficiente cuidado de que la gente respete el no entrar con arena, en el restaurante estan todos despistados nos trajjeeon las cosas al revés
