"Schönes und sehr gut gelegenes Hotel direkt am Bahnhof Nagano mit Onsen im 2. Stock. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. "

"這是一間值得推薦的酒店。地點有點遠離市區，大約15/20分鐘車程，所以酒店有接駁車。但需要留意在退房期間某一些班次會很多人，可能無位。酒店房間舒適地方也乾淨。床及枕頭軟硬適中。酒店望出空間寬敞，可以欣賞長野的優美景致。早餐選擇頗多係美味的。溫泉好像一個游泳池。洗衣機器只接受新版1000円纸幣，所以最好自己準備充足100円硬幣。前台的職員英文程度欠佳，通常用手機翻譯為主，個別比較寬容。總體而言不錯。期待將來再次探訪時會入住相同酒店。"
