Delight travellers and excellent location

The room is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful, but the room should have proper light fixtures in the corner of room, and small tables for extra luggages, otherwise this is very good value to stay while in Karuizawa.

We were very comfortable at Hotel Karuizawa Cross. We liked the clean and spacious room, and we appreciated the friendly and helpful gentleman at the reception desk. Dinner at the Italian restaurant in the hotel was delicious, and the hot breakfast buffet the next morning was appreciated. Additionally, Hotel Karuizawa Cross is located next to a popular street with shops and restaurants. We look forward to our next visit!

Decent place to stay in as the staff were nice and friendly. The place was not very occupied at the nights i stayed so it was really quiet to a point it was kinda scary as no staff were stationed after some time.
